In my practice, we don’t rush through appointments, ignore your deeper questions, or offer cookie-cutter care. I take time to listen and work with you to understand the full picture—biological, emotional, spiritual, and relational—so we can build a treatment plan that truly fits you.

Through a blend of the latest medications, natural supplements, and psychotherapy, I guide you back to your authentic self—so that you can wake up excited for the day, feel alive in your relationships, and experience each day as the best day of your life.

Genetic Testing for Psychotropics

Some meds work better for certain people based on how their body processes them. This simple test helps us avoid trial-and-error and find what’s more likely to work for you—faster and with fewer side effects.

Beyond Talk Therapy

I integrate therapeutic approaches, including skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help you manage emotions, set healthy boundaries, and move forward with clarity. This isn’t about digging endlessly into the past—it’s about building the tools you need now to feel more grounded and in control.

 At its heart, DBT teaches us how to hold space for complexity—that you can feel stuck and still grow, struggle and still heal, accept yourself and still change.

Lifestyle Coaching

What you do every day mattershow you sleep, eat, move, and protect your energy. Together we’ll explore your daily rhythms and routines to help you feel more energized, resilient, and aligned. This is about designing a life that supports your mental health, not drains it.

Queer-Affirming, Identity-Informed Care

New: I provide care that affirms LGBTQIA+ identities and makes space for the complexity of your lived experience. You don’t have to explain or defend who you are. This is care that honors your lived experience. That includes working through internalized shame, navigating identity stress, and reclaiming your voice in spaces where you’ve felt invisible.

Medications

If medication is part of your treatment, you'll always know what we're doing and why".  We’ll make decisions together. I’ll explain your options in plain English, help you make informed decisions, and adjust as needed based on how you’re feeling—not just the numbers on a chart.

Supplements / Nutraceuticals

Sometimes your brain needs more than meds—or something different altogether. I may recommend specific vitamins, minerals, or supplements to help restore balance and support your body’s natural healing processes.

Spiritual and Existential Support

For those healing from religious trauma or seeking meaning beyond a diagnosis, I offer space to explore the deeper layers of your experience—spiritually, emotionally, and relationally—without pressure or judgment.

 I started this practice because I was tired of watching care get shaped by people who had never sat with my patients or heard their stories. I wanted something more human.

Here, your healing is guided by you, not by insurance rules or systems. By offering private-pay care, I can give you the time, presence, and personalized support you truly deserve. My rates reflect that commitment—to honoring your story and  your autonomy.

Your intake appointment is a comprehensive, collaborative conversation designed to help us get to know each other. We’ll take time to explore your concerns, your life experiences, and your hopes for treatment. I’ll ask about what’s worked in the past—and what hasn’t—as we begin to understand your needs and identify the best path forward.
