ADHD Care for the Adult Everyone Assumes Has It Together

My Approach to ADHD

Not everything that looks like ADHD is only ADHD, and no two ADHD presentations look the same. I take the time to understand what's actually driving your symptoms, whether that's ADHD on its own, ADHD tangled up with anxiety, depression, or trauma, or executive function struggles that have built up over years of compensating.

Medication can be part of the plan. It's rarely the whole plan. I look at the full picture: your health, your history, your patterns, your goals, and build a treatment plan around the person in front of me, not a checklist.

My goal isn't to help you push through more. It's to help you build a life that doesn't require pushing through in the first place.

A Note on Fit

I'm not the right fit for everyone, and I'd rather say so upfront than waste your time.

If you're looking for a quick evaluation and a stimulant prescription with no further conversation, I'm probably not your provider. I take diagnosis seriously, which means I ask questions before I prescribe, and I want to understand what's really going on before we decide on treatment together.

If it turns out a stimulant isn't the right first step, or ADHD isn't the full story, I'll tell you that too, and help you find the right next step, whether that's with me or someone else.

Ready to Understand How Your Brain Works?

If you're tired of managing ADHD alone and ready for a partner who sees the whole picture, let's talk.

You get things done. People count on you, and you show up. From the outside, it looks like you have it together.

But you know what it costs to keep it that way. The procrastination that turns into a 2 am scramble. The forgotten details you have to work twice as hard to catch. The quiet fear that you'll never feel like yourself again, even though everyone around you thinks you're doing great.

I'm Mark Manning, DNP, PMHNP. I work with high-functioning adults with ADHD who are tired of white-knuckling their way through life and ready to actually understand how their brain works.

Does This Sound Like You?

You look like you have it together. Most people would never guess what's actually going on underneath.

Maybe some of this sounds familiar:

"Everyone thinks I am doing well, but I am barely holding it together."
"Why can I not consistently do the things I know I need to do?"
"I am scared I will never feel like myself again."

You're not lazy, and you're not broken. Your brain works differently. Once you understand how, the rest starts to make sense.

I work well with high achievers and caretakers who want collaborative, whole-person care, not just a prescription. People who are ready to build a life that actually feels sustainable, not just one that looks that way from the outside.
